Move Well is a performance-led group training gym built on intelligent programming and expert coaching.

We don’t chase trends or quick fixes. Our training has structure and purpose, designed to make you genuinely stronger, more capable and measurably fitter.

 

Every session builds towards something bigger, so the strength you build in here, shows up out there in the real world.

FAQS.

Here are some of our most commonly asked questions. Please contact us at the button below if you can’t see your question here, or would like to discuss anything in more detail.

  • Our memberships starter at £159 per month, or you can book a drop-in small group class for £25 via the Mind Body app.

  • You can find us at the top of Green Lane in Northwood, at 5-6 Rowland Place, less than a minute’s walk from Northwood Tube station.

  • We have classes starting at 6am weekdays, finishing at 7.30pm. Saturday classes run from 7.30am to 12:30pm, and Sunday classes are 9.30am to 11:30am.

  • Our gym has male and female changing rooms which include toilets and a separate private shower room.

  • Please wear suitable gymwear and trainers. T-shirts, training vests, leggings, tracksuit bottoms or shorts are all fine, but for the comfort of all members, please refrain from training topless

    (men), or in just a sports bra (women).
